Welcome to the brand new blog for the Young Adult Department at the Framingham Public Library! Previously, I was posting at http://fplya.blogspot.com, but because of current changes (which I'll get to later), I thought I'd start a fresh blog. You can still access the old blog, if you want to look at old book reviews, events, or websites and such -- it's still there and available.
And thanks to all of you who made the previous blog such a smashing success. Over the course of 5 years, it had thousands upon thousands of visitors from around the world. It was used in library training sessions and library conferences; it was the jump-off point for other youth librarians wanting to start a blog; and it was even mentioned in ALA publications. Pretty good stuff.
